Service Description

Do you use (or need to use) chiropractic / physical medicine services regularly? Are you starting out on a path to improve your health? Are you already on your path to awesomeness but have reached a roadblock or have upped the ante and kicked your goals up a notch? If so, the Maintenance Club is the perfect fit for you. With this program, you are entitled to four (4) weekly treatments per month at a deeply discounted rate. Add any services that you wish in conjunction or separately, a la carte. Just let us know so we may book accordingly. Payments are auto-debited on the 1st of each month.
