Graston and A.R.T. are both top flight soft tissue techniques designed to break up myofascial adhesions, scar tissue and generally mucked up tissue. Both techniques are extremely effective in very few treatments, as compared to other soft tissue techniques. There is a reason that nearly every professional and Olympic team in the US utilize one or both of these two techniques.
