1. If we ship you the wrong size, we'll swap it out for you with no shipping charge either direction. A shipping label will be generated and emailed to you to cover the return shipping cost.
2. If you order the wrong size, ship it back to us and we'll ship you out the correct size without charging you another shipping fee from us to you.
3. If you find that, upon recieving the item, there is a manufacturing defect, contact us. We will just ask for a picture of the defect to verify. Hopefully that will never happen because we check everything before we ship, but stuff happens sometimes. Once verified, we will generate and email you a return label to print out to cover the shipping cost.
